First day I come in my new working enviorment I introduce myself to everyone I see around. On the first day I don't work but just chat with them about their lives. However, the very next day I proceed to show fellow workers how should job be done, how to do it fast and effectivly. Those who have been working there the longest need my advice the most. By the end of the second week, I come to other departments too and show people there how to do something. Not long after I'm promoted to be their boss, if not, I just tell the boss how to do his work properly.

It's only creepy if you believe it is, I like to think of dealing with normies like you would deal with animals. For example I once owned a pet snake. The trick to picking up a snake or dealing with any animal for that matter (snakes are just more attuned I guess for lack of a better word) is confidence. You have to pick up a snake like it's the most natural thing in the world, fake it if you have to. Otherwise they're very good at detecting your subconscious emotions and are more likely to recoil or bite. I apply a similar concept to people, it works far better than being yourself if the "yourself" is socially inept. Eventually you will discover that the lies you've been projecting become reality with practice
