Hi anons. Am I crazy for thinking about putting school on hold? (English degree...I blame myself). I lucked into about $200k with crypto. Thinking about breaking my lease, getting a mortgage on a condo, and getting a job. The job comes before I break my lease obviously. There's a $325k condo that's in the city, and it's beside a tram. Literally wouldn't even need to own a car. I hate to drive, so that's a win for me. My credit score is like 800 so I'd imagine I'd be approved. There's still like $383 in monthly fees though. I don't imagine real estate in the heart of a developing city would come down any time soon. Only problem is getting a job.
