The NVDA thesis relied on a fresh crypto bubble coinciding with a remote work upgrade cycle that unsurprisingly turned out to be temporary. You can bullshit about how AI is the future profit driver if you wanna justify your bags, but that's only one aspect of the valuation.
Massive funds don't have to close their holdings for the stock to decline, for the record. You seem to be misunderstanding. NVDA has about 2.5 billion shares outstanding, meaning that in the absence of buybacks/dilution, there will always be 2.5 billion shares held by someone out there. For every seller, there is a buyer. For every buyer, there is a seller.

Again, stocks are priced at the most recent bid/ask. People are no longer willing to pay as much for NVDA, and they're willing to sell for less. You can deny the facts that have lead to this revaluation, but it is what it is. If you disagree, your only recourse is to buy more and take advantage of this "generational dip".
Personally, I think NVDA will continue dumping until around $50-75 roughly, as I've been saying for many months. I could be wrong of course. I have no position. I don't really care. When I look at the collective universe of stocks, I see much better longs out there, and better short plays, too. Plenty of actual fraud.

i highly recommend day trading. better than any video game you've ever played. an emotional rollercoaster. the key is to gamble with enough to make it interesting, but not enough where if you have a bad day you'll be fucked. $1k is not a lot to me. you could do the same exact thing with 1/10th the shares, so you'd be up $20 and then down $50 and then end up the day up $0.80, but the emotions are the same. if you're poor just do it with less money.

If you can't afford $25k then you can still day trade with a cash account, it's just that you can only go long since you have no margin. i still say that if you can't afford at least $30k in your brokerage account, you have no business in the stock market in the first place, but you do you booboo.
