Looks like it allows people to buy time as a value (seems weird at first, but actually kinda makes a lot of sense). This allows celebrities and entrepreneurs, entertainers etc to effectively sell their time to fans/viewers/subscribers, so they are paid through the token

I'm thinking this could be long term hold - it's a Chinese coin (hence Binance) but think it will only take a few celebs to get involved and it could move quite quickly
