I walked on my debt many moons ago, defaulted student loans etc. About seven years later I started getting mail for credit cards. Started all over with clean slate. Paid off student loans so they would stop stealing my tax refunds. Got my credit up to 800, bought a building no money down (owner finance). They're retarded for letting me have credit, I'm English I just converted my driving licence to a nz one, applied to some shitty payday loans to get a credit report then took out 3 loans and 4 credit cards.
