I have long SPY puts in the back month hedged with front month at a lower strike ALA. acallmeder spread. Also short GLD with a calendar spread and short SOXL also with a calendar.

Was long puts in all going into yesterday and hedged em all into calendar spreads to stay short delta while remaining long Vega and short gamma but with a short theta component trimming the deltas for a bounce. We got a bit out a bounce so it’s working.

To be quite frank the calendar spreads are all hedges nd half of them were too early. I went into yesterday straight up long a suicide stack of long puts on SPY and SOXL.

I legged I to a GLD short calendar cause I hold many tens of thousands of dollars in physical gold,and silver and had closed a massive long HDX position yesterday for a profit plus dividend.

If I were cashgamg it would be hard. With a small account I’d leg into a 400/420 call 350/330 put position in feb.

They call it a condor. We round here hold options so imma call it building a position.

Sell the front side calls and buy the backside puts on the bounce, sell the frontside puts on the dip as you buy the backside calls. You’ll be statistically in the money. Trade it a s it moves. Double the long calls if we continue down or double the puts on a bounce.

I can only give you so much. Try to keep the theta and Vega positive with the delta and gamma negative if you know what’s good for you.
