Is bullying common at work in your country?

So we have this one guy at work and he is kind of an incel.

He just does not get along with anybody at work and he suuuper strange and weird to women.

So me and the boys started making some comments... not something super mean, but we just all hope he quits, because his creepy personality just does not fit in our team.

Yeah. It’s pretty bad. I’m a manager at a restaurant and the girls bully me to get shifts. They will hit me and call me a pussy and spit on me and make me smell their feet :(

Just spend the best years of your life toiling away at a restaurant drinking yourself through every shift because you have clinically bad social anxiety and you’re surrounded by people constantly. Then if you survive all that you’ll start managing the worst shifts like Sunday morning and whatever else no one with seniority wants to do. Then if you survive that you can be the senior guy and you do all the hiring. You’ll still hate your job but at least you get to hire cute girls and some of them will genuinely like you and you can be weird with them as long as you don’t get too weird and start hitting on them in a creepy way or sending them dick pics.
A lot of managers are really bad at the last part. It’s one of the fastest ways I’ve seen people go. I like working with pretty girls so I do things to ensure that keeps happening.
