Instead, they have opted to try and lower the price as much as possible, hoping it will scare retail

It's the only move in their playbook because in the past it's frightened investors of other stocks

But time and time again for 2 years, retail shows no fear on GME when the price drops

So now they're actually lowering the price so much, the DOLLAR amount required by retail to lock the float is approaching the same amount it was pre earnings

In other words, they're helping retail get right back on track to locking the float at the same rate pre earnings

With the lower price retail will pop right back up next quarters earnings with the DRS numbers

Those shares as the words "private equity" imply were never intended to be sold as the spin-off company isn't a publicly traded company.
