First, learn everyfuckingthing about constitutional and local law regarding the "felonies" you will be commiting. It will take a while but it's worth.

Start doing some perfectly legal, but suspicious activities. I.E. videotaping Officers at work, videotaping Police stations from public sidewalks etc. When then approach refuse to identify yourself etc. You have to piss off cops ass much as you can but only using calm words and you have to act in the law all the time. Once you know your laws it's really fucking easy considering the fact that most cops are boomer idiots or niggers. They will eventually abuse their powers and unlawfullly detain you. If they use violence as well it's a fucking Jackpot. Make sure you have it on camera, have some witness recording you too. They will eventually let you go but unlawful detainment is enough for you to sue their asses. Just sue the county or whatever, let your lawer do his Job. You can pull off 6 fig from every encounter easily.

Also if you happen to be black you get this all on easy mode, cause "racial profiling" etc.

Go to europe if you're a burger, start doing illegal shit like refunding from amazon and other e commerce websites, lots of options like putting counterfeits and resealing as new (seals from aliexpress) etc.
