Here's my plan if I became rich

> Buy abandoned mall north of where I live
> Renovate it, repair structural damage
> Build apartment complex on empty lot space
> Incentivise small businesses to move into mall portion
> Sky bridge or something cool to connect the two, residents can walk indoors from their apartments to grocers and what not.
> Recoup my losses from rent between businesses and residents.

If plan A fails:

> Use now restored mall as a datacenter because it sounds fun
> Hire IT staff
> Hire people who can build front-end services so I can bring in clients.
