This. Im currently training some asshole about something he supposedly had experience in but cant do the simplest tasks. Im talking first grade level tasks. He been at my company for a few months now.

It’s done. I fucked up i think. They asked for another interview on Thursday morning but they seemed kinda disappointed because they wanted someone with credit assessment experience all I have is customer service experience. Also they asked me what salary I wanted and I buckled just blurted no less than $75k p.a.
