Dapps host their frontends there, validators use them, as time goes on and more innovative products are created more users are on-boarded and cloud businesses further enriched. It is a potential future area of expansion for them. One of the biggest costs for dapps is probably cloud costs, which means cloud businesses are making money off this market, they'll want to invest that money to potentially make more money and establish market share.

you absolute fucking retard, see how small the slices get? the number 10 VPS provider has about 0.1% of the pie chart. if the 'all others' portion were all cloud providers then that would mean there would have to be 600+ different cloud providers since none of them could have more than 0.1% of the chart or otherwise they would be listed in the top 10 and not lumped into 'all others'

so 600 cloud providers for roughly 600 nodes that are not using the top-10 cloud providers means that every single node must be on it's own unique cloud provider, which obviously indicates they are self-hosted.
