Robinhood is a commission free stock trading app on iOS/Android

--Robinhood FAQs --
- VISIT THE WEBSITE FIRST DAMMIT!! - www.robinhood.com

> How is it free?
Robinhood earns revenue by collecting interest on the cash and securities in Robinhood accounts, much like a bank collects interest on cash deposits and by collecting fees from robinhood gold.

> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
Not being approved in 3 days seems to be the new norm. Nevertheless, call/email their support if you've been waiting more than that.

> When is it coming to my country?
The only "plans" are on an Australian and Chinese beta. Neither of which has gained much traction.

> I hit sell when the stock was X.XX, but it actually sold at a lower price, why?
Robinhood graphs are *** and only show you an average, not true real-time prices. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.

> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
Real brokers, like TDAmeritrade's thinkorswim. Otherwise you should be using tradingview.com, stockcharts.com, finviz.com, or a non-pile-of-*** for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

Oh, par for the course on the whole weed sector. Half my stocks are on the top 10 most shorted lists for their exchange. The story always plays out the exact same way: stock gets shorted to shit, i average down, weed sector gets massive cash influx from normans because it's an obvious boom in progress, shorts get squeezed, share price goes up even faster than it would have without the short pressure. the manipulation im talking about is the shifting of bids and ask and dumping the same amount of shares that are on the bid and buying similar amounts at the ask. This shakes people out and lets someone or some people to control the stock.

Manipulation at work to bring stock price up or manipulation at work to hold it there so their buddys can dump. Manipulation is pretty easy to spot with small penny stocks if you watch orderflow and level 2 close enough

in pennystock world it is very common to call and talk to the company.

Seriously, give it a try, find a penny stock under $1 on OTCmarkets.com go to company profile and the contact number most of the time is the CEO. Alot of people do it just to clarify things and also people contact the transfer agents aswell to get updated issued and out info but most people don't know what to do with this info so they don't always call.

There are alot of companies that are trading under $500,000 and are in a more personal relationship with its share holders than bigger exchanges

Is it too late to buy in and reap the gains anon?

If I hadn’t saddled up on the three-legged NAK camel, I would have gotten in on LTBR. Definitely recommend abusing its trading range for swinging.

sold everything yesterday so i was looking for some stuff to get in on today

couldnt decide so i just picked up some crpyto memes and kos. im up 2% after market so it worked out. If i snag at the end of the day i just grab stuff that ends on what looks like a bit of a deal, but has also had a good week and isnt at resistance. Seems like a good plan

I could have a little more gas. I've seen target prices in the 26-28 range. However, I think the biggest jump has already happened, at least for now.

Better to make one or two really good trades rather than a mixed bag of good and bad ones.

Usually consolidation (flat-ish line) above the base of the peak where the spike originally started is a good sign. I see also that the line is curving up slightly in the past day, also good.

Safe way to address this: wait for more obvious signs on upward trend.

Semi-gambler's way to address this: put half what you want to invest in now, wait for upward trend to put in the other half. Or just yolo right now.

In any case, this a wait-and-see or buy pattern, definitely not a sell pattern.
