Does therapy actually help with this? I keep turning girls down because I always have something going on when I get approached, maybe therapy will fix my brain into prioritizing women over whatever busy work I'm doing at the time.

therapy is great with the right person as long as you treat it for what it is: a space to organize your thoughts with some guidance and outside perspective along the way
so therapy can help with this in the sense that it can help you better yourself and in turn get women more easily
but not in the sense that you want it to
