The autonomy of whales controlling DAOs seems to be a thing of the past. I don't think whales still have any major impact on the voting system. One person is entitled to one vote. That's the civilized way of doing things.

If I eventually happen to participate, this will make it my first voting on Juno as well but what is designed to keep projects on Juno? how can an entrepreneur build a sustainable project with Juno as the focus? Dao Dao is a great tool, but you can't create sustainable revenue yet on Juno, I may be wrong but this is where the focus needs to be.
