For your investment thesis to work. You realize all of this provides no real value right? Defi will never be picked up by the masses, they can't even self custody and end up getting scammed by fat Sam at FTX or shifty Alex at Celsius.
If users can't be trusted to do something as basic as keep their coins on a wallet, how will they ever interact with actual complex smart contracts, and how would you EVER expect them to understand your midwit investment thesis about "oracles"? Who in their right mind is ever going to buy your huge bags of tokens that aren't needed?
Don't start piping up about enterprise users, because no company in their right mind will pay the price of a cup of coffee plus ethereum gas fees for a simple API call that gets the price of Ethereum or some other thing no actual user cares about.
