This data is from before Andre quit and Fantom collapsed. Do you see the red line? It shows how much APR the WSTA pool on Beethoven X earned from swap fees alone. Notice how often it outperformed the other 2 pools. Those 2 were the pools with the highest liquidity at the time. They had 5x or more liquidity than the WSTA pool. I disabled data of the other pools when taking screenshot but they all were underperforming the WSTA pool as well. It was able to outperform top 10 pools despite having much less liquidity.

When Andre quit, everybody started fleeing Fantom. TVL of chain started crashing which obviously caused a crash in volume. Then, Luna collapsed, then everybody started going insolvent and Fantom's TVL went down even lower. Volume also went down across the market. Low liquidity of the pool already makes arbitrage harder. On top of that, with low volume balancing of the Index Pools doesn't happen often so we get even fewer arbitrage opportunities.
