A recent survey was conducted with coinbase and only 5% of their users were recorded as women. This has to change. Men might come up with the leading innovations in most senarios but men are nothing without women. They need us to thrive and succeed.

Personally I wouldn't attribute risk adversity to a gender, I believe it's more the frame of mind that you view it in - unrelated to the gender.
That frame of mind, or perhaps perspective is a better word - is often used with sales tactics/negotiation and afaik applied evenly across genders.
However I'll admit I didn't study sales & am not up to date on any research.
