The walls are closing in on Sergey. He's been served a preliminary inquiry for "promoting" Celsius, Bancor, BlockFi, etc. That's not the worst part, because SBF spoke at Smart Con this year, and it took place in the US, the company is being investigated for any sort of relations to FTX. Imagine that, inviting con artists like SBF and Celsius' Alex Mashinsky to an event called Smart Con isn't a good idea

There is a good chance they get popped for dumping on "investors" and running a long-term ponzi as well as an illegal ICO. Selling printed tokens to fund lavish lifestyles and preventing investors from realizing gains is fucked up
