I put €1,200 into Apple stock earlier this year. Its down to €1,098 now.

Considering there is a recession coming, should I cash out now? Is it best to take the €100 loss or could the stock potentially go up in value in the coming months?

Are you retired?
If yes cash out, if no hold it
Don’t lose money on holding Apple stock for a short time
I’d understand selling if it was some fly by night penny stock but Apple probably will have some of the biggest gains when the market rovers in a few months

Let it ride. 1200 is small potatoes, and it will go above there within a couple of years. Should net yourself a nice little profit. averaged per years.

If it was a shitcoin I'd tell you to cash out but Apple is solid. They actually didn't lose much compared to other tech stocks. People will keep buying the latest itoys even in a recession.
