Despair is 4 digits and we're probably at least one two more black swans away from that

Deep into despair. but we will leave sooner than most think, peak interest rate + end of euro winter reducing pressure on the euro will happen exactly 365 days before the next halving.

Id have to agree but I think FTX might be the swan that brought us to despair. Every single person I know things Crypto is over after that.

>> No.52438213

There seems to be a lot of fear regarding CEXes being insolvent since the FTX issue last week. For example Huobi said that they had 18mil on FTX, with 13 mil being user funds that they traded with. Turned out that 20% of Crypto.com assets is fucking Shib. And Binance is dragging their feet regarding full liability disclosure.
So somewhere between fear and despair, but probably closer to the former.

1_FTX was doing fractional reserve, aka they were selling shit they did not had removing price pressure upwards.

2_People are bankrunning exchanges this also adds price pressure upwards

3_DXY peaked unless there is a very cold winter in europe.

I am not saying not to be careful but this is starting to look like late 2018 with capslockanon fuding those buying at 3500 saying it's going to 1600

Between Capitulation and Despair, good place to accumulate.

Exchanges are good for providing liquidity but they also provide the tools to short, create fake supply, futures and other stuff.

Exchanges being bankrunned means that the minute there is price pressure upwards the money will return from cold wallets and only to do trades upwards since the cashing out causes the upward trend in the first place.

Thats why I started buying now. I don’t care if its not the exact bottom, I don’t know the future and I think I’m in the best things for the next run. If it goes down further than I get to lower my average.

low liquidity will bring the mother if pumpermentals, higher than what we've seen so far.

Cex failing is a good thing.

Uppermost bound of fear. The performative "fear" so far has been mostly an excuse for whales to dump, permabulls still haven't had their hopes truly crushed and the pivoot narrative is still fueling the support under the surface. But institutional money will pull the plug very explicitly soon enough.
