Poloniex requires more ID than Bittrex which requires more ID than Binance.

Also the problem isn't the actual Tx cost for Monero. It's that all the exchanges charge literally 13x the cost of a regular low priority one. So instead of paying .003 like you would from the regular wallet you have to pay .04 to withdraw. It's fucking dumb.
