Its impossible. Buying a house has too many anti money laundering regs now, and selling gold requires too much KYC and proof of purchase, again anti money laundering stuff.

Plus, in case no-one has worked out, no-one really wants to buy gold, retailers will only buy it at below spot to give them enough % margin to make money doing so.
