Actually that doesnt apply this time, what theyre doing is that theve broken key/signature verification so that the chain will move coins WITHOUT a valid key being used. Thats why its called coin confiscation. Yes that means they can just take your shit if someone claims it was 'stolen' and your cold storage keys dont mean jack to BSV anymore. They basically broke their blockchain in the most extreme way you can break a blockchain and theyre trying to call it a feature.

Its only a feature to Craig, who wants to use it to take WITHOUT VALID KEYS the ~1 million coins thought to have been mined by satoshi. Thats all his 'im totally satoshi bro' thing has been about the entire time.
