Ever since the peak in 2021 I've been waiting patiently to get back in. Crypto Market has been crabbing for the past 4-5 months (for me anyway) so I THOUGHT we bottomed then this FTX garbage happens and all my holdings hit new lows.

So no, we are probably not at the bottom. I'm anticipating more crabbing, more small barts of 5-10%, then more lows. At this point i wouldn't be surprised if USDT loses its peg and everything goes to zero.

No. Last bear market saw an 80 + % drop from the ATH for BTC and ETH.
If those are your benchmark then it could drop more. Either way it should be crabbing around the same level for a while.
