This means no crypto will be able to survive the incoming shitstorm without being a globohomo coin. So it would be the difference between day and night that EVEN if ripple lost the case, but gains legal clarity vs some alt-coin that’s going to get raw-dogged by the SEC. Not only that but people are starting to smell the rot in the SEC with the whole exchange fiasco and gary’s ties to him even if it were ruled now, due to the SEC’s clear private interest that might get overruled.
