First the economy needs to get better. Bad economy = no money to funnel into crypto. That also means BTC up to at least 25-30k, because big institutional money will use BTC, make no mistake.

Second, that huge supply problem needs to be solved, at least down to 1 trillion. I don't think we can expect to drop a zero as long as the supply is up to 5-6 trillions.

So it can really happen before second half of 2023 at the bare minimum, and I was one of the guys who was screaming $1 EOY a few months ago. But it was before the FTX crash. 3 years is definitely too long, other projects will come and people will lose interest before that point.
