While stocks are rallying over potential lower intreset rates next month, is it realistic for BTC to actually rally with them?

I do think that if CZ/SBF shitstorm didn't pop we'd be on 25k now, but knowing 8b$ are thin air and other exchanges might explode and be investigated over those news... wouldn't that negate crypto rally?
