the most important thing is to not give up, continue learning everyday, learn 1% more everyday, keep perfecting your system, keep building your edge

and don't worry - it's totally normal what you are going through - I really mean it, every single trader who has ever made it has gone through what you are currently going through
there is a lot of self-doubt, a lot of "can I actually do this.." - it's healthy - it means you care
keep caring, keep learning - don't stop watching the market for the rest of the week, but don't trade it
write down on a piece of paper the trades you would do instead
