If you’re where I’m from it is. You can NEET and take out 1k loans per month for 10 years. I’m already 30k in debt and going for the 100k. If I can’t find a good job after within 10 years the debt gets cancelled. So if you’re not planning on paying back it is worth it. USA is just super cucked, because fat and stupid.

I would say it depends, but I think it's still on average a good investment. If you're good at networking it literally doesn't matter what you study (for the most part). Most people get jobs through nepotism or networking. Even you're more introverted stick to STEM or Business and you'll get a solid education if you go to a good school. The system isn't perfect, but I still think it's worth it personally.
