Actually, here in about 1-3 years is the perfect time to start doing all three. You gotta get into something that’s gonna hold it’s value. For me, it’s precious metals. I think land with resources on it is a good idea too. Think large tracts of forest or farmland. Also, guns/bullets, work equipment, cars, propane, building material… anything that has inherent value to people.

Idk how that's even possible for auto repair shops since the markup for goods and services is so high. Whenever I would get a friends and family discount, I would easily shave off at least 15% on my services.
