If funds are indeed safu with CZ, then a bankrun wouldn't really hurt him. It would obviously be bad for his business if he's losing customers, but unless he's running a scam like the other recently collapsed and collapsing houses of cards, his business wouldn't collapse.
And, supposing his customers discover that their funds were indeed safu (should this be the case, I have no idea and I am not a binance shill), I imagine they would return, along with others, and that could turn out to be great for CZ's business.
