Thanks buddy I almost did last week, I'm fighting a lot of battles and my organs are trying to shut down I wax and wane I'm hoping this is temporary been fasting which seemed to help soon as I began eating again immediately my spleen and left kidney are trying to fail which is getting pretty awful it feels like I'm being poisoned which then warps my thinking I'm stuck in a cycle and chasing money I thought was chasing happiness which it was absolutely not had I switched gears these last few years and focused on getting healthy I might not be in my position now.
I was feeling so good two days ago and ate again and yesterday I about died I think I'm half on the mend again but I had to stop working entirely which is fun, there was a time where I would had scoffed at a prayer and insisted help but now I'm at the place where I want prayer more than money because I'm about to cross that threshhold I've been getting close with god again because he's calling me home I think.

You're fine brother money isn't what's eating me, I stopped going to my doctors entirely they just kept trying to give me pills which made me more sick then finally got a diagnosis that I'm terminal and then I've spent a month trying to get on the phone with immunologists only to keep getting turned away because of insurance so pretty much given up on getting better which doesn't help my condition so kinda just mindlessly waiting for my body to turn that switch off which appears to be getting sooner was getting serious neurological issues yesterday which is new which tells me I'm pretty close now I'd be afraid any help would likely be a waste at this point just pray I feel less pain during these next few months because I think it's going to get a lot worse.

If you frugal you can live in VIetnam with the money for like 5 years maybe more. That is 5 years to start some online bussines or something that will make you money or to make more money to invest.
