Main problem with chinese law, delivering a similar product is not a criminal scam .. until we get into plaster sold as baby-food.

Wish is not an unusual Chinese scam-site, it's normal Chinese online-shopping without the filter getting it to international standards of not being a scam by default.
There is no business culture of reputation and quality, it's new mostly disposable companies, scamming customers self-destructing the company is seen as good business.

As someone from Switzerland, my idea was always to sell Milk powder products in China with the label Made in Switzerland.
