"pivot" probably means stop raising rates, they are at a critical point where if they keep rising rates, the US debt becomes too much burden on the yearly budget, as big as military expending.

On the other side, traditional markets still look healthy in the sense that there wasnt a banking crisis or insolvent funds and so on, If anything, tech stocks too the biggest hit. But if they keep high rates and consumer spending slowdowns and inflation goes down, we might see the dominoes starting to fall in line, which will hurt crypto in the short term
