Yes, it was listed only on etherdelta for roughly a month. It just got listed on kucoin and tidex so you're seeing a price jump. Kucoin and Tidex are tiny exchanges. Once this thing hits bigger exchanges and start rolling out it's projects in 2018, the price is going to go absolutely retarded. Just buy and hold until September 2018 at least.
