QNT is actually useless. I hold equal amounts of qnt and link and even though LINK is bad about deadlines, we at least have a tremendous amount to show for it. We can see the feeds. We can see the VRF, keepers, OCR requests. We can trace the activity cross chain. You can see it. You can interact with it.

QNT hasn't shown an iota of proof they are doing literally anything. Community gateways were due a year ago, he said they were late because of covid and brexit A YEAR AGO, now Gilbert won't even address these in telegram and instead just has his mods ban you. They pushed some bullshit update on twitter last month about QRC-721 setting the standard for NFT's, yet you can't find a single NFT that was minted, supported, enhanced, or anything happening using this new "standard".

You can see the difference in the threads that hit /biz/ and the posts on twitter. Link posts you'll see people arguing about the technology at a technical level. QNT posts you'll get esoteric retards talking about things they can't prove, can't show, and then they inevitably fall back on these retarded partnerships that sound official but really aren't (digital pound foundation, anybody?).

Please, show me one single tangible thing that shows things are being built and done? Show me one fucking NFT built using QRC-721. Show me ANYTHING.

You can't because it doesn't exist.

The funniest thing is that tokenomics have clearly changed. The token isn't nearly needed as much as Gilbert implied. They completely removed all tokenomics information from the website (the same website update that was promised 7 months ago to provide MAJOR updates).

The token will be used to buy licenses, that's it. Licenses for what seems to be absolutely nothing.

Fundamentally and unequivocally false. Gilbert pushed community gateways on retail all year last year by EOY, dumped a shit ton of QNT, stopped in December, and came in and said it wasn't happening and to stop asking about it (literally).

"they aren't trying to impress retail" is the biggest non-falsifiable cope you can possibly reply with. What a great way to explain literally having nothing to show for bagholding for almost half a decade.

Moonboy shit. You can't address anything I said. Vaporware tokens will moon until they don't. This is news to nobody.

For anyone watching, please keep this in mind. QNT simps can't possibly address anything you bring up because they have no answer for it. They can only insult you and hope you don't pay attention to their lack of substance.

Yep. This is my problem with Quant. No tangible metrics. No data. Just a “trust the devs” response every time.

It pumps because of the low token supply and low float so if you’re making money on it congrats.

But fundamentally there is no future with quant. All these “institutions” and “government CBDCs” are going to go with Chainlink and SWIFT, who are creating the standard for interbank / blockchain messaging and transfers. CCIP IS THE OVERLEDGER.

Quant already lost, but there’s still money to be made in a ghost project I guess, as long as you keep up the speculation and “hope for the future” without revealing actual progress

>> No.51722641

it's baffling that QNT is pumping while Link stagnates after the announcement that swift is potentially using CCIP which simply slurps QNTs entire usecase while it's just 1 of many usecases Link provides, I'm assuming the community simply doesn't understand the ramifications

I don't hold any QNT, but I was curious and went to their telegram to ask questions regarding its usecases and what it does exactly.. I was banned by the admin within 5 minutes. Gluck for those holding and grats to those who've made it, but be careful with this one. I'm not trying to imply that the project isn't legit, but this anon is making some solid points in comparing chainlink to quant.

Usually whenever a project performs this well, you'd assume it's due to some type of significant service that their providing to the ecosystem.. I can't find anything and neither can its supporters. All they've given me is the partnership with siabank whatever that is.

Chances are QNT is just pumping due to a big CT influencer mentioning it;

The chains they claim to work with aren't. Why can nobody find a single ounce of evidence on any of these chains? Where are the overledger transactions? Where is anything?

We do agree on this partially. Still, we can't use the "closed-source" excuse when QNT is supposedly interoping with all of these very public, very viewable blockchains.

It doesn't matter how closed source they are, if they are doing transactions cross-chain, we'd see it somewhere.

If you build a Blockchain operating system you'd put some examples of it in action out there, even if you didn't you'd expect somebody on earth to upload something. How do you sell software licenses without any demonstration of your software in action.
