You can sell your alts for Bitcoin, then sell your Bitcoin for Tether. But Tether is actually just another bullshit altcoin backed up by nothing.

You could take the Bitcoin you got and send it to your coinbase wallet, but transactions are slow and expensive.

Then, you can link your coinbase account to your bank account, but withdrawal cap is $250/day for most people and wire transfers take days to process. In fact, I believe bank wire transfers are actually down right now.
