He also is clearly trying to teach segei how to lead and be inspirational in the way steve jobs was for apple. They're a good duo and I hope sergei learns from him. Normal fags, and more importantly, psychopaths, will always bend the knee to autists.
Go to any corporate office and there, hidden among the chattering normies and their ruling psychopath managers, is a high output autist running the engine room.

the tokenomics discussion was about more than just chainlink revenue. remember that google's business model involves harvesting user data and then using this to influence human behavior at a mass scale. web3 is unique in its ability to incentivize desired behaviors with tokens. where before big tech could only control people indirectly through algorithmic advertisement, chat bots, and societal astroturfing, web3 will let them exert direct control through the financial motive

Eric is the antithesis of based. He's a greedy psychopath, a vulture boomer who sold his soul and his ass to help the jews to install their NWO in exchange of few crumbs.
This shabbo goy is unironically sexually stimulated at the idea of betraying his own race and enslaving mankind. He worship the jews and satan. 2 sec looking at his face is enough to understand this psycho is possessed by a demon.

You'll hurt yourself badly if you follow his path. Not everybody is cut to be a compassionless monster seeking blood, domination and misery. This kind of giga-psycho is 0.01% of the pop. If deep down you still have a heart, don't let greed get the best off you. Not only you'll regret it, but when was the last time the jews rewarded the goyim who betrayed their own in hope of a better treatment? The kikes despise your kind the most. His choice of words, his polished speech and moreover his history and appearance all point to this. That's why I think Sergei was unnerved; he just wants to build cool shit, but Schmidt is about the money and dominance. Big boi Serg was an absolute mess, completely out of his depth with Schmidt. He seemed really nervous. Up until now there’s been a certain charm to Sergey’s dorkiness and autism but I think he’s really going to need to improve his public speaking skills if Chainlink ends up being the real deal. Say what you want about Schmidt, but he just oozes charisma and speaks very well. Hell, even Kemal did a great job with his product keynote yesterday (not that we should be surprised given his background). Is Sergey naive or too autistic with his personal philosophy on how he wants this to work? Is he too detached from how the real world works? I got a bit of a sense of that with the chat. At times it was a really absurd juxtaposition of the leadership we have with this new type of company we have DLT based systems and someone who comes from the “legacy” world of very real experience in all sorts of complex domains. Schmidt dominated the conversation and unsurprisingly had the audience in the palm of his hands the entire time. Sergey was shitting himself and went too far with self-deprecating comments. He looked weak, not that I expect him to dominate in a conversation with Schmidt, but I think Sergey was clearly not on form during this chat.

I’ve been saying this since early 2018. I bought chainlink for survival and not to get rich and have fun like ETHfags did in the old world.

When autists started shilling it here I didn’t understand anything tech wise and still don’t. Reason I immediately bought a bag is because for the previous 10 years I remember every so often catching something on the news about how UBI is being researched, or how some small town in California is testing UBI. And I used to think WTF? That’s communism. Then what I saw what chainlink was doing from a 30,000 ft view… basically making paper pushing jobs obsolete, I was like oooooooh now I understand why I always saw that UBI shit every so often on the news. Chainlink is gonna put these formerly well to do accountant, CPA’s etc into UBI camps. So I bought. And I remember saying in 2019 a lot now chainlink will be about survival and not having fun. I got laughed at. Then covid hit… and it was over,

All summer long… if you went outside in any comfy safe suburb in the early evening before the sun went down. There were no kids outside playing. ZERO activity. 30 years ago when I was a kid everyone was outside playing. It’s fucking creepy how shit is now. Then once it’s dark outside it’s even creepier. Everything is dead and silent outside. It’s like people are hiding from something. It’s all totally fucked.

He's talking with the man who basically made google, live, in front of an

give him some credit. its perfectly understandable. its already clear over the
years tht Sergey is somewhat an autist, and just focuses and talks about

positive influence and maybe be able to pull Sergey out of his shell and
teach him some business skills and such.
Sergey very much is skilled and knows what he is doing, but he also has
that "i will say minimal till its all done and let my work speak for itself" trait
autists often have which is becoming a hindrance at this point. Eric knows
that is actually a valuable strategy early on, and its how he built Googles
massive lead. So you would think as an advisor he would know if it was
appropriate to continue this way for Chainlink as it has been. Schmidt
talkin clearly sees LINK has that massive, unbeatable lead now so the "hiding
strategy" is actually hurtful going forward. Its time for Sergey to learn form
Eric and it was quite obvious he is saying now is the time to tell the world.
Schmidt even said in the talk that having a small lead over others in a
network is enough to dominate forever. its almost impossible tor recover
from it if you are second place. LINKs lead isnt small, its gargantuan. Eric
sees it, he's telling Sergey to evolve.

The Gonser fireside chat was nowhere near as bad. Sergey had previously done a panel with Gonser and Perianne Boring at SXSW 2018. It’s where the infamous “theoretically we’re all made out of cheese” line came from. Doubt many of you nulinkers will know.

Schmidt came in hot talking about tokenomics, price action etc. Sergey immediately got uncomfortable because of the current SEC crackdown on securities. He didn't deal with it well and became visibly flustered, then dodged the implications with technobable. Schmidt proceeded to dig in on it, even going so far as to openly discuss regulators and how they should not be cooperated with. Sergey played dumb again, which is when Schmidt said "you're on someones list" implying regulatory bodies. Sergey gives him a
"no shit stfu" uncomfortable laugh. eventually deflects with his joke about not killing anybody while Schmidt tries to continue on this thread. at some point schmidt was trying to give sage wisdom about his history with bad actors in the web 2 space (msoft). Sergey's response amounts to an OK boomer handwave. Schmidt gets a bit butt hurt and doubles down on Sergey's need to be aware of cut throat competitors, and more pertinently the need for sergey to become more cuthroat himself. typical circlejerk closing remarks to close

schmitd is presumably a smart guy. I'm sure he knew the implications when goading sergey into framing LINK as a financial product. Most likely explanation is Schmidt wanted to demonstrate how smart he was, how well he understood the investment opportunity - repeatedly telling the audience "none of you understand". it was an ego trip. it wasn't tactful, and there was no intention of helping sergey to come out of his shell or whatever you retards are saying. there was a crowd of smart young people and he wanted to show them he wasnt just some lucky boomer ceo. that he sees the plays and they've all got a few things to learn from him yet.

You need a CEO to be the face of the company and run interference for all the people doing the hard work behind the scenes.

The biggest concrete contractor in the US has a CEO who is pretty much a figure head that deals with the banks, PR, etc while there’s a Sergey type guy who runs the company behind the scenes.
This guy knows that a lot of the CEO role is bullshit, but it’s necessary.
It just takes some humility to allow someone to come in and take the credit for the company’s success.

I’ve been saying this for years now, but the talk with Schmidt really proved it to me.
Chainlink needs a real business leader to bring it to the forefront.
Sergey needs to be allowed to work on what he wants and a high level CEO needs to be the one on stage.
Seeing Sergey in that wrinkled tarp of a shirt, hunched over that fucking laptop was embarrassing.
It was like a Silicon Valley scene but way more over the top.

The good news is that Eric is being patient with Sergey and Chainlink. If they manage to avoid pushing him away, the company is going to be a household name very soon.

>I thought it was timely, honest, and was pertinent to the crisis we are in concerning Eric Schmidt’s total sell out to China through advanced technology stolen from Google, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital platforms that have come to aggressively control all Chinese. I believe Eric’s evil program, Dragonfly, has already been implemented in America.

I am calling him out for his lies and his complete control by the Chinese Communist Party. Eric has lied so much lately and has admitted that he created the Social Credit System now ruling China for a ruthless totalitarian government that has Eric controlled and manipulated by President Xi Jinping and his central committee. In May of this year, Eric said that he also bifurcated the Internet for China so that there will soon be two different Internets – one controlled by America and one by China. These things are immoral and wrong and must be stopped.

There’s nothing particularly bad about that. The fact he’s an advisor and cares enough to be so candid about it while trying to work with them is a good sign.

You have the most successful Web2 CEO of all time trying to tell what he clearly thinks is the Google of Web3 to wise up and realise what needs to be done here. Im glad he did it publication too. I think Sergey rewlly needs it. Sergey isnt dumb. Look how far he came without Schmidt. However Sergey likely has his own fears around regulators. Schmidt is candidly saying that pussyfooting at the current position is doing Chainlink no good. He basically said to be aggressive with regulators as the larger Link is, the more bargaining power, and more they will get away with from the start when regulators enter.

Additionally i think Schmidt was recognising Sergeys success with his own “hiding strategy” that Sergey has employed till now but also no so subtley letting Sergey know the point at which such strategy stopped being effective has passed and its going to do some harm to continue it. Schmidt has wisdom here as he clearly knows a thing or two about both sides if this chasm.

If Sergey can get advised like this and adapt im very confident.

>> No.51699982

>>51699904

Too add, its i guess Sergey thinks by being a good goy he can wait it out and let regulators decide what is what without him and come out clean and not deal with them.
Schmidt was saying “he’s on a list” meaning, that is ignorance. Reality is much like Google and big Web2 companies, regulators will go to them no matter what, partly out of success. He cannot escape regulators. He should be careful and not outright negligent, but realise its a new industry and regulators will decide later. Better off being aggressive and having the start point further, have more bargaining power due to size etc, then to have to claw and ask for everything due to pussyfooting and not being big enough. Thats what i got from Schmidt.

I'm reluctantly beginning to see sense in these arguments. Imagine if Sergey were left to do what he does best and an actual businessman took the helm of steering the public facing stuff. Sergey was perfect in the stealth phase.
He has much potential still. He knows he needs to grow reluctantly and is possibly struggling with the transition now that the chasm has been crossed. Its why he ihas Eric Schmidt as an advisor. Im sure most the awkwardness came from the fact it may have been one of their first in person interactions and that Schmidt took the chance to publicly put Sergey on the spot about his shortcomings with the Project knowing that is exactly what he needs. Publicity. No more hiding.

Would Chainlink benefit from a new CEO much like Schmidt walked in and became so early at google? Maybe, but i do not think Sergey is hopeless at all. He seems willing to learn and grow past this.

Yep that's how I feel. He has some things that he "wants" to learn from Schmidt (as evidenced by him telling Schmidt that he'd be calling him up often), but Schmidt handily (and indirectly) pointed out that there's some other things that Sergey should learn. Something simple like not conducting 100% of meetings via Zoom. Sergey can't grow as a CEO if he never interacts with people physically. Sergey should study public speaking and charisma.

The only thing he has to do is learning how to publicly speak and Eric will gladly help him with that, as he also wants that Link achieves being a Layer of the internet.
