I'm about to start a job and I will earn 35k€ brut a year, about 1700€ net a month in 15 pays.
My expenses are about 700€ a month (I share a flat with another guy).
How much money should I start putting in a pension plan/stocks?
Pls help.

If you pension plan isn't preparing for societal collapse, then you don't have a clue.

I get 15 pays, not 12. So there's 3 months a year I get 2x the net salary.
about 3500€ in this case.

Too many people get sucked into thinking their pension plan is the only means of surviving when they retire. Truth is that you relying solely on your pension plan should be your last resort (a step above welfare) should you manage to fuck everything up in your life. With the continued ageing out of our populations, don't depend on these options (welfare and pensions) to save you.

I'd look into finding ways to pump your salary up, as right now 35,000€ is not worth much. Also consider putting your money into business ideas you may have (depending on how young you are).

I'm assuming you're French based on your post, so I'd personally think about whether France's specialised industries have a bright future or not. LVMH and the rest of those luxury houses have had a decent run and though they depend primarily on the Chinese, the demand for luxury goods amongst young people is likely only to increase.

Educated guess from the "brut" and "pays". Romance languages and all that shit.
