Gold destroys everything if you let it.
The only solution is to monetize it, hide it in plain sight.
Trying to put it out of sight and out of mind in vaults all over the planet and giving banks endless credit to short-hold it is not a solution.

I've realized gold is just an investment for weird middle aged->elderly men to stim with. It's tangible, stored locally, and has a lot of mass plus looks precious so they can pick it up and touch it and rub it on their nipples while having faggot libertarian fantasies about the world plunging into chaos and making a smart decision for once in their lives

people don't believe it, or like to hear it, but the birth of bitcoin put a huge dent into gold's appeal as an "outside" hedge against the monetary-planned world.
how large that effect is you'll never be able to tell, but it's not a surprise that gold has performed miserably over the last decade while bitcoin rose from nothing.

kek indeed
so dollar is getting stronger against everything including stock market, real estate, btc and even to every other currencies on the planet
but PM retards keep saying that inflation is 9%, how do we resolve this paradox?
the 9% inflation is called consumer inflation that track consumer prices only, it doesn't include asset prices, so while asset prices are crashing against the dollar the consumer price stays high
now if i hypothetically have 1 million dollar (just for simplicity, i actually have more) and the dollar is getting stronger, my 1 million dollar is deflating and getting stronger and i can buy more assets with the same 1 million dollar, what's weakening is my $100 weekly food budget, with 9% inflation now it's $109, but it doesn't affect me since i have one fucking million dollar
now, why is every PM retard insist that dollar value is diminishing through inflation?
it's because they're so poor their money is 100% allocated for consumer products such as food and gas
that's it, that's the paradox, they're fucking poor, fucking kek
