I just got back into management via a job listing on indeed. For those struggling, just make your resume as impressive as possible, as many accreditations as you can to get noticed. Having a relevant skillset helps a lot, I’m not sure about first time job-getters. Just ask around for applications, there little to no hiring standards for places like super markets, fastfood, doordash/ubereats, and so on
