Bill Ford is ultra-woke and spent a billion dollars on a Detroit train station thinking it would attract top Silicon Valley talent. Jim Farley wants to be Elon Musk and turn the company into a startup. Every action he takes just creates more bureaucracy. Ford is laying off all Americans and replacing them with Mexicans and Indians. Not just for labor but for engineering and design work. Ford is trying to outsource all in-house work to suppliers. They're trying to move all technology into Google Cloud with the intention of laying off Americans and hiring Google Cloud-certified third-worlders to run their IT. Hate to see what's happening to them but they have incompetent leadership and nothing will change as long as Bill Ford is still in there.
