They are making 15$/hr minimum now in my state and it is not possible to go in and not get your order wrong or see someone have theirs fucked up.
Now weed is legal and they are all stoned all the time and rarely ever even show up so the people who do show up are running both in-store and drive through.
Meanwhile, the average skilled tradesman is making on average 24$/hr or less than $400 a week more, yet it puts them into a higher tax bracket Which is just under double the tax increase of the coffee servers.
If it gets any worse at all or it doesn't get better in the near future i'm quitting my job and going to work as a cashier with a tip cup.
