That's BTC's actual growth curve, its self-manifested log curve, versus the LGBT rainbow chart (which, as you can see, is entirely disconnected from reality and hence total nonsense).

>what is BTC's growth curve
BTC's growth curve is a logarithmic curve with a top and bottom boundary, that BTC itself manifested through its price action, with its candles. This's in stark contrast to the various dishonest hand-drawn curves (intended to deceive) where the bottom and top boundaries of the curves totally ignores BTC's candles and go straight through them or over or under them -- like for example the LGBT chart curve does.

The top of BTC's log curve had manifested by December 2013 and the bottom of the curve by August 2015. The curvature was set by then. Since then, the global market has traded accordingly. Whales begin selling off near/at the top of the curve and begin buying in at/near the bottom of the curve. Which has in turn strengthened the curve and made it a super reliable tool, for long-term zoomed out trading.

Compare the latest BTC price top: According to the LGBT curve BTC would go up there, in November 2021. Nobody following BTC's curve expected that. And indeed the very moment the price hit the "roof" of BTC's curve, it dumped - as that's when the whales began selling off. Exactly the same thing happened with the first top in 2021 (April) and the bottom in 2020 and the top in 2017.

I don't understand why anyone thinks this chart is determining Bitcoin's price. BTC follows the price of stocks, and stocks are down. The market is in a downturn and nothing is changing that anytime soon.

The curve he posted is the total opposite of hand-drawn. The one you posted on the other hand is a prime example of one of those hand-drawn nonsensical disconnected-from-reality curves which he mentioned. Your curve completely ignores BTC's price action and goes straight through tons of candles. So the shape of it is utterly nonsensical -- your curve has nothing to do with BTC.

See: >>51503285 <-- the price hit the top of the curve and then it dumped. You know what happened after the Nov top. Look at any BTCUSD chart.

But it's true now. Most of the BTC and ETH is held by corporate institutions who are using it as another way to diversify their portfolios. Times have changed.

> Didn't realize the CEO of bitcoin was continually taking on new debt to finance operations while issuing absurd amounts of new bitcoin from nothing to make the interest payments.
Cope.
As with all Pyramid Schemes, EVENTUALLY you will run out of people to sell to at higher and higher prices. Bitcoin isn’t an “investment”, it’s a decentralized pyramid scheme.
That’s why it’s much better to invest in stocks/equities, and only have a small portion of your assets in inflationary currency.

Wouldn't it be ironic if the first people who bought Bitcoin spent pennies and made millions while the last people who bought Bitcoin spent millions and made pennies? Haha

It is true, hence why they're so insistent that people buy and why all social media is spammed by bots claiming "they made X amount of money even during the financial crisis going on".

They're not real people and they're fishing furiously for bagholders to raise the price before they cash out and it falls back down.
In essence, people are giving their money to hedgefunds to short stocks with no payback for their robbery.

Farming and investment share the same roots; It is the people who do the work, but it is the grace of heaven that makes things grow. Those with a pure mind who believe in heaven will be guided into a bountiful world. The mind always counts more than the loss or profit.

The highs and lows of the trend are the law of nature. The rise and fall of BTC follows the law of nature, and it is hard to identify either the down or up moments while it goes up and down continuously. Those who are ignorant of this rule should not even attempt to try their hand at buying BTC.

Wait calmly when you have missed the perfect time to buy. If the BTC price goes up by $2,000 just when you have decided to buy BTC, you may think you missed the perfect time to buy and it is a better time to sell, but this would be a big mistake. When you have missed the best time to buy, you should wait for the next opportunity to buy.

There are times when just as you have made your buy at the bottom and expected some profit, the price stagnates or goes down slightly. When this happens you think you have miscalculated the market and you regret that you didn’t sell when the price went up previously. But this is the wrong way to think. When you buy at the bottom, you should never sell until the trend makes a shift.
