time: it feels like it is faster but add in travel time and wait time it is not. Unless you can have a full sit down meal you are better off eating something like soup out of a can or granola bar.

money: way too expensive unless you are rich then you are better off getting a private cook to make a few meals in batches and freeze them

nutrition: unless you are eating at a health food place, the food will have way too much salt, fat, preservatives, disgruntled minimum wage cum etc., also the loss of productivity from the food coma of fat and portion sizes

value: a burger costs about hte same amount as a pound and a half of ground hamburger at the grocery store, the rest they add is filler and white bread carbs.

Over here in EU it's a matter of finding those smaller shops that don't charge you up the ass. You can eat at a big chain place and pay 15+ for a "meal" (it's not very good).

Or you can go to a smaller place where they cook with fresh veggies and stuff for 9-10 bucks with a drink. Sadly if you actually wanna dine out at a nice place you're gonna be paying 30+ per person most likely.

I had an idea to make my own food truck that's gimmick was MASSIVE and CHEAP meals that weren't the most sophisticated of flavorful.
Basically I would buy rice and pasta whole sale and cheap veggies and protein like eggs and cheese and just boil and fry all that into gulash with a bunch of random sauces for flavor.
The draw is since the ingredients are simple and cheap I can make huge meals for cheap.
10 bucks would get you like 4 lbs of food from my truck and I'd still turn a profit.
