why would you sell the house anon, if your parents have payed it off completely an are leaving behind a sum of around 50-100k you can easily live comfortably in that house. While I personally can relate to the whole RV nomad thing OP you shouldnt do that. RV's are money pits that break down a lot, cops will hassle you, a drunk driver could plow right through your RV making you homeless, and the government is actively trying to make gas and cars unobtainable. Not to mention your RV will apparently be illegal by 2035.

You are set for life if you keep the house so do that, but you could compromise by buying a chunk of land and just parking the RV there and living out of it. The costs and risks of an RV go way down if you don't have to drive it around. Best of luck.
