It was shilled hard by link bagholders fleeing sergeys dump. They looked for alternatives and settled on rose because dawn song showed up on the 100 most influential persons in crypto list.

This coin is a prime example of why investing based on fundamentals doesn't work in crypto. Everyone involved in this project is unironically in it for the tech, they don't care about the price action at all which is what 90% of investors care about. Shitcoins like lunc/luna did a 3x in the middle of a bear market because they have a story around them and have hype drummed up about a redemption arc and investors getting their money back. Note that the majority of posters in biz generals and the media only talk about the potential price action and how it will get there because that's the only thing that people care about.
