Pretty sure that was part of the purpose/goal of BSV. It was a trap for high-IQ people. The highest IQ people probably didn't fall for it, but it sort of required having high enough IQ to understand the problems with BTC and see the technical advantages of BSV (which are real but meaningless as you can't make money with it). So a lot of high-ish IQ people got trapped that way, some even went all in and hoddeled and hence missed out on every rally and even entire bullruns, because they were stuck holding BSV.

But hey, at least Craig got enough money to buy 2 lambos and install an elevator in his house. I guess that's what really matters in the end.

Greg (Greggles) and Ghislaine. Both are Maxwells. They are both Jewish. Both are from England and seem to be well educated. Both intelligence connected, likely MOS. Both seem to be highly involved in Reddit social engineering. Both involved in using crypto for nefarious and illicit means and both have Jeffrey epstein related activity - Greg via Blockstream/MIT Labs.

Ghislaine's father Robert, was a media mogul with links to mossad who once got someone who leaked Israeli secrets to mysteriously turn up back in Israel to be charged. He had connections to British intelligence and the KGB too. He died in mysterious circumstances on his yacht.

Epstein was the financial manager for Les Wexner who himself had strong intelligence service connections and once brought an airline shipping company that was originally founded by the CIA for South American operations.

Jeffrey Epstein was a mossad asset and Rothschild/Bronfman bagman who was knee-deep in transhumanism and cutting-edge biotech. Ghislaine Maxwell ran TerraMar as a front for sex trafficking in international waters via seasteading, and many of the "founding citizens" of TerraMar were executives of big entertainment companies and members of NGOs and think tanks, like Nathan Wolfe, the head of Metabiota, an NGO that funneled Hunter Biden's dirty Rosemont Seneca cash into DTRA-operated Ukrainian biolabs. Both Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were involved in underage sex blackmail of powerful figures. However, people mistakenly assume that this means said powerful figures were tricked into being blackmailed. On the contrary, these people voluntarily submit to being blackmailed as a condition of membership in secret societies, and to seal contracts. Our governments and top corporations are being run by people who engage in organized crime and use elaborate hazing rituals to assure mutual secrecy. One giant globe-spanning mafia. That's the real story that's being buried.
Is it a mere coincidence that this same clique of people who are fervently anti BSV- are also aligned with these pedophile elite who use politicians as puppets? Why do they want bsv to fail? Does it make their central banker/ lizard people shadow operations impossible ?

>Can BSV even actually scale for worldwide use?
Yes. The only public blockchain that can.

>Aren't these just spam transactions?
There is technically no such thing as "spam" on the network. All transactions are paid for, this makes them valid. As valid as any other transaction. You are seeing throughput capacity demonstrated that works for enterprise use case that large firms can take advantage of without bottlenecking.

>Would it still work if they weren't a bunch of tiny transactions?
Size of transactions doesn't really matter. The fees are measured in satoshi per byte. Meaning, as the size increases so does the fee, and it's profitable to mine it. Large data transactions become nice profit snacks. yummy!

>Would the network be secure?
Yes, it has already been attacked several times but the honest miners simply orphaned the attacker, leaving them broke and unsuccesful.

>What about double spends?
Honest miners don't double spend. If the network detects someone trying to double spend, not only will they get orphaned off the network, they are doing something illegal and can be prosecuted for theft. PoW ensures miners can't really be anonymous at scale, so double spending is monumentally stupid. That's why it doesn't happen.

With a Merkle tree the only information we need is the hash of the sibling of the transaction, and the hash of each sibling up the branch to the hash pointer. We need only recompute this branch to produce a hash pointer than matches the one we have stored, not the entire tree. This means we no longer need all of those other transactions.

Figure 2: An approach to validation using a Merkle tree
This approach massively reduces the size of the payload we receive, and also results in less computation during the validation step (an improvement of log2(n) vs n operations, where n is the number of transactions in the block).
