It's a dead chain with 0 hope of recovery. Every decent project left for greener pastures, it never became an ETH scaling solution like it was originally marketed as, a bunch of influential team members left for other projects, Stephen has been confirmed as fucking incompetent, it's pretty centralised and pretty much a security.
